While you're welcome to show up if you're feeling motivated that day, we strongly encourage pre-registration at least one hour prior to class via the link for the drop-in and via the MHM app. Pre-registering ensures you receive all important details, complete necessary forms, and submit payment in advance.
In the event of inclement weather, outdoor class locations may change. When you pre-register, we’re able to contact you directly with any last-minute updates or cancellations. You can also check Instagram/Facebook for live schedules and weather-related changes.
Class reservations are non-refundable, and payment is collected at the time of registration. However, if you notify us at least one hour prior to class, you will receive a class credit. Note: Class credits can be used for up to 1 months from purchase
Yes! Safety is always a top priority. Most outdoor classes are held within fenced-in areas. If your child prefers not to stay in the stroller, they are welcome to play alongside you or join in the fun with toys and snacks.
Absolutely! If you were already active before pregnancy and have clearance from your doctor, we encourage you to continue moving with us. Every workout can be modified to meet your individual needs. We also offer pre- and postnatal-specific classes. If you are just getting started we can make proper changes to any exercises to ensure your safety.
Our classes are designed with moms and littles in mind. You’re free to pause and feed, soothe, or change your child whenever needed. You deserve this time—and I am also here to support you however that looks.
Drop-in credit (if canceled at least one hour prior) is valid for 1 month from the date of purchase.
No worries—modifications are always available. Whether you're recovering, managing an injury, or need someone to hold your baby, we’ll adapt the workout to meet you where you are.
No problem at all! Every class is guided with clear instructions and demonstrations. I’ll walk you through each movement and offer modifications as needed. If you’re ever unsure or something doesn’t feel right, just ask—we’ll adjust it together. You’re never expected to know everything, and we’re all here to learn and grow!
100%! You do not need to bring a child to attend. If you have a sitter or a rare kid-free moment, come enjoy a class solo. Are you a nanny or grandma or just a close friend in our community? You’re welcome to join us too!
Outdoor class locations vary weekly. Please check the current schedule via Instagram/Facebook for location, date, and time.
Our indoor class locations do vary; we do run most classes outdoors rain or shine when possible! (We suggest dressing for the weather, keeping positive and always be down for an adventure)
Classes start promptly 5 minutes after the listed registration time. Please allow time for parking and getting your child(ren) settled. Running behind? No worries—just come! It’s better to arrive late than not show up for yourself at all. (Please still refer to the cancellation policy if you can’t make it.)
